Experience one of the unique tours she has lead to Amalfi, Tuscany, Umbria,
Apulia, Abruzzo, Rome, Sicily, Piemonte, Liguria (The Italian Riviera), Venice and the Lake Country.
The focus of these tours is always on
the rich cuisine and history of the region you select for your week to ten-day
dream vacation. Cooking lessons are given on country estates or at family owned hotels as well as world-class
restaurants and small trattorias. Each tour includes exciting excursions to
outdoor markets, artisan cheese makers, well-known vineyards and small boutique wineries, bufala mozzarella
farms, pasta factories, an olive oil frantoio and more.

Cultural outings include visits to Italy’s many majestic
cathedrals, art galleries, out of the way villas, and stunningly preserved Greek temples – Each region of Italy has
its own style of ceramics waiting for eager shoppers to purchase and send home!
